HOW TO WRITE
Writing is the expressing idea  :      should be write in clear, significant, unified,  logical, and coherent   sentences.
Writing is trying to demonstrate the materials you have so far mastered.
Reasons for writing :
-    A tool for discovery
-    Generates new ideas and clarify concepts
-    To distance ourselves and evaluate ideas
-    Help us to connect ideas using correct structures

Good writing is presenting and explaining idea for specific audiences / readers and specific purpose
Characteristics                                       :
-    It must be significant              :       tell the audiences / readers something they want or need to know
-    It must be clear                         :       easy to find and understand the meaning
-    It must be unified                    :       relationship in each sentence / paragraph supporting main idea
-    It must be economical           :       not long-winding and wasting time when read
-    It must be adequately developed…… key points should be supported
-    It must be grammatically accepted……. No mistake in usage and mechanic

Preparing to write:
-    Stage 1       :         finding material by reading materials, interviewing with others, and talking to the people. it can enlarge your view on life
-    Stage 2       :         defining text……….choosing a familiar topic and thing how can you limit it
 It can be given several options of what you have to do     
-    Stage 3       :         know your audience by asking ; who is your audience, why they are going to read your essay, what the purpose of writing

Strategy to find the topic:
-    Strategy 1  :         writing                        start writing so you can see words on a paper, they will stimulate the brain and help the writer to see connections
-    Strategy 2  :         Brainstorming         focusing the mind on a particular idea, the write down everything and anything that come into your mind.


Kinds of writing   :         classified in three broad categories:
1.       Message writing
It is the kind of writing, which we do for our routine work….. brief memos  at the office, usual note at home. We don’t need to spend much time because we know what we want to say.
·         All four students see me at 10.oo in the lecturer’s room
·         See me at 8.00 in the office tomorrow.
2.          Self contained controlled writing
-          Contains case studies, technical report, most essay exams, paper and article that summarizes and present information
-          Person writing it already know most of what he or she is going to write or at least know where to find it
·   Writing an article on the link between diet and cancer
3.       Reflective writing
-          Personal experiences papers
-          Writers recall event in their lives and reflect about their meaning
-          Explorative or speculative article in which writer give data or information and theorize about consequences, article in which write theorize about the future.

Writing form                  :       Narration
-          Used to relate the story of acts or events
-          Places occurrences in time and tells what happened decoding to natural time sequence
-          Types  :  short story, novels, news story, large part of our social interchange in the form of letters and conversation
                                                    Description
-          Reproduce the way thing looks, smell, taste, feel, or sound, evoke moods.
-          Used to create a visual image of people, place, even of unit time-days, times of day or seasons
-          Used to describe more than the outward appearances of people
-          Tell about their traits of character or personality
                                                    Exposition
-          Used in giving information, making explanation and interpreting meaning
-          Includes editorials, essay, and informative and instructional material.
                                                    Argumentation
-          Used in persuading and convincing
-          Used to make a case or to prove or disapprove a statement or proposition

Introductory paragraph                                   state the subject of whole composition or introduce the topic to be discussed and the main idea of the essay.
          Characteristics                                         : 1. Introduce the topic

                                             4. Interesting enough to make reader want to continue      reading, and curious to know about the topic.

Glory be to Allah, the God who creates human being and teaches them from they do not know so this paper can be completed.
 Indonesia is the country that have high wide of oil palm plantation that cultivated almost in all province of Indonesia and many of oil palm plantation planted in marginal land.
This paper is reveal of meaning Legume Cover Crop (LCC) in oil palm plantation. The purpose of this paper is to know the function of LCC and to know the composition of LCC in oil palm plantation. Besides giving and advantages in giving nutrient slowly, by writing this paper the reader can know how the rightly way for application LCC in oil palm plantation.
And also, writing of this paper is not already perfect. Consequently, writers hope more suggestion and constructive critics to make a good writing and practice on next day. Writers hope this paper can fill up our hope.

CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION
1.1 The Background Of Writing
In oil palm plantation there are other plants who can interference the growth of oil palm. One of it is weeds; weeds can absorb much nutrient in soil and in oil palm. Because of that, weeds are a natural enemy of oil palm. We can control the growth of the weeds with two ways. The first way is we can use chemical material to exterminate it. And the second way is we can use Legume Cover Crop (LCC) to press the growth of the weeds.
We can plant LCC after Land Clearing. LCC have many function, the functions are to keep the moisture of the soil, to less water logging and run off, to increase nutrient in soil, and many more. So, LCC is the important plant besides oil palm in oil palm plantation.

1.2  The Limitation of Problem
On this paper, the writer would like to inform readers why the application of Legume Cover Crop (LCC) give an advantages in long lasting effect, function of LCC and composition of LCC.
1.3  The Aim of writing Paper
The aims of writing this paper are to know the function of Legume Cover Crop (LCC) and to know the composition of LCC in oil palm plantation.




1.4  The Use of writing Paper
The Writer wishes, the readers on any kind level, may obtain information of how LCC can be an effort to get good products in an oil palm plantation. Besides they also can use the paper as additional reference to enrich the theory and treasury of knowledge.
